The Ember Mug is an electronic device and should never be placed in a microwave. As with all electronics and metals, microwaving may cause fire, serious damage, or personal injury.

• Microwaving your Ember Mug or Ember Mug² will result in permanent damage.

• If you accidentally microwave your Mug, stop using it immediately.

• Do not place the Mug on the charger after it has been microwaved. Charging a damaged Mug could cause the internal lithium-ion battery to overheat, which may lead to fire, damage to your surroundings, or injury.

Your safety is our highest priority, and we work hard to make it clear that the Ember Mug should never be microwaved.
