If the order was originally purchased from ember.com and is within the 30 day return window, you can certainly start a gift return by referring to ember.com/returns and click "Start a gift return". Please have the purchase order # available as well as the zip code to which it was delivered.

The order # for the return can be found within the confirmation email, if received as a gift this can be located on the packing slip under "CustPO#"
